ATTENTION! THE SHIPPING COST SHOWN ON OUR WEBSITE DURING CHECKOUT IS AN ESTIMATION AND CAN BE MISCALCULATED HIGHER. IF THAT HAPPENS THEN WE WILL CORRECT IT. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU UNTIL THE ACTUAL AMOUNT HAS BEEN FIGURED OUT WHICH WILL BE SHOWN ON THE FINAL INVOICE. ALSO, THE SHIPPING COST CAN BE UP TO $5 MORE IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
All sales are final but we will replace a defective item only under these conditions...
- We need to be notified of the manufacture defect item within 7 days after you receive the product.
- The product must not be altered to disguise as a manufacture defect item. If your child opens the product, plays with it and breaks it, we will not accept it back. Please pack your returns carefully. We will send out the replacement and issue you a call tag to ship back the defect.
- Please, completely inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If any item(s) is missing, leave the package and contents as is and contact us immediately.
- If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will send out the correct merchandise and issue you a return label to ship back the incorrect ones.
- Defective products must be returned within 14 days after the arrival of your order.
- We only replace items with the same exact items you ordered.
- Final approval of any return is based upon the inspection by YOUNGSTAR.
DIRECTIONS FOR RETURN
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the buyers name, the INVOICE NUMBER, and the reason for the return with the item number.
All returned products must be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging.
